When you are newly hired or become benefits-eligible, you will receive an email from the Benefits Team informing you of your enrollment action steps and the deadline to complete your online enrollment. If you do not have a company-issued email address, the email will be sent to your personal email address on file. The only other time you will be able to add, change, or drop coverage is at Open Enrollment time each Spring, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.

Once your UltiPro enrolment is received and your information is entered into Manulife’s system, one ID card will be sent to your home address for all extended health and dental. You should receive your ID card within two weeks of enrolment. If you don’t receive your ID card, contact the Benefits Team. The card allows your pharmacist to bill the plan directly for eligible prescription drug expenses.
